Delivery Information

Delivery Policy - Updated March 2022

UK mainland destinations: Once we have received your order & payment, we then create & dispatch your order within 2 working days, Please then allow a further 1 working day for delivery, 

Northern Ireland and Highlands deliveries take slightly longer, please see delivery details at the bottom of this section, please ensure the correct postage fee is applied for at the checkout.

We do not ship to Republic of Ireland until further notice. 

Please get in touch via email prior to ordering if your order is for over 10 sweet trees or bouquets as we may require extra time for creation.

We can deliver on any specific weekday of your choice, please let us know your preferred delivery date in the comments box which is just by the payment method section when at the checkout.

All orders to UK Mainland are dispatched by Parcelforce 24 hour delivery, please note we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. You will receive Text Messages or Email with a delivery date & on the morning of delivery you will receive notification via email/text with your 1 hour delivery time slot, meaning you won't need to wait in all day for your parcel. Please ensure you enter your correct Mobile number and email when ordering. You can purchase an order to be sent directly as a gift to somebody else, please ensure you enter their full address and correct postcode in the shipping details when ordering.

We charge a flat rate of £6.99 P&P per order to UK Mainland, and £12.99 per order for offshore islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland. You can order as many items as you like for this capped price delivery fee.

All orders to Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland will be dispatched by MyHermes / Royal Mail, please select the offshore delivery rate of £12.99 at the checkout, if the UK Mainland postage rate is selected then this will cause delays as the extra cost will be required before we proceed with the order. Please allow up to 7 working days for deliveries to Scottish highlands & and Northern Ireland. You will be notified of tracking details for your MyHermes delivery via email.

Postcodes that incur the £12.99 Highlands, Offshore delivery charge are:

FK17-99, G83, KW1-14, PA20-49, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, AB31-38, AB45, AB52-56 and all IV postcodes. Also HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 & All BT Northern Ireland Postcodes.

If you need an order to arrive earlier than the timescales above, or want to check your order would arrive in time for a specific date please email us to check before ordering. We always have a collection of trees and bouquets and other small gifts ready made in store, if you would like a last minute gift please get in touch to see what we have available, these items can then be dispatched the same day (or the following day if a personlised gift is required) for next day delivery.

If you are planning an occasion in advance or requiring a large order (weddings table centre pieces, corporate events etc) and would like to order early, we can delay the delivery until a later date and can also schedule deliveries to arrive on any specific date (excluding Weekends), please let us know the delivery date you prefer & enter this date in the comments box which is just before the payment section when placing your order.

We DO NOT deliver to: PO Box/ BPFO addresses

PLEASENOTE: Any orders that are 'returned to sender' due to reasons of customer error, will be refunded minus the delivery fee & will be subject to a restocking fee. The reasons stated below will include a restocking fee of 25% of the goods value once the item/s have arrived back with us:

  1. The driver attempted to deliver the parcel on several occasions but failed due to nobody being present at the property to accept the parcel.
  2. The driver attempted to deliver the parcel but failed due to an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of the order.
  3. The driver attempted to deliver the parcel but the recipient refused to accept the parcel on arrival.
  4. The driver had an unsuccessful attempted delivery & then left the parcel to collect from the recipient's nearest Post   Office but the recipient failed to collect within two weeks.
  5. The customer notifed parcelforce to delivery to a post office but then failed to collect it within two weeks.

We send shipping updates and courier notifications via text or email to alert you of your delivery date and time, if your delivery date is not convenient please work with the courier by responding to them as you can change the date of your delivery or request to leave with a neighbour or a local post office. Parcelforce will automatically redeliver on the next working day and will leave instructions on how to retrieve your parcel if the second attempt was unsuccessful.

If a delivery was returned to sender due to a courier error then a full refund will apply. Courier error could be the driver did not attempt the delivery correctly or to the wrong destination or was returned back to us due to damage of the parcel, in this instance a replacement or full refund will be offered.
